This has been the best place in the world for recovery, the therapists are amazing! (Shout out to Julie!) If you’re looking for a lot of good food this is the place for it lol! And Arturo is the best guy around the building!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I flew to Dallas from florida while detoxing off of fentanyl. The admissions staff made me wait in admissions for OVER 7 hours. Their reasoning? They had no female beds available. Which I should’ve been made aware of that prior to traveling over 1,000 miles. I had to lay in some random admission room w 5 other women who were in the same position as me. Finally around 1am they managed to get a bed. It took me over 24 hours to see any type of doctor so I was cold turkey detoxing. Had I known that was going to be the case, I could’ve done that at home. Everyone I tried to advocate for myself to kept saying @this isn’t our policy or procedure so I’m not sure what’s going on”. Do not let the pictures or the website deceive you. I’ve been to state funded facilities that are run better than this place.

I appreciate the dedication the staff and the team shows towards the clients I always want to say patience but clients it's very professional well done the instructors are able to give information that we can absorb and take with us. The woman in the kitchen Cooks wonderful food and she's very sweet. Are the most talented compassionate staff members I've ever encountered they treat us like people and they bend over backwards to help us this was my second time here and I am once again very happy with this

Amazing experience at The Greenhouse. The staff was terrific especially my therapist Mark and Arturo, Rosario, and Alex who made me feel at home. The classes helped me, the food is amazing, loved the dry sauna & pool and was able to workout in the gym everyday. Gym is outdated but it has what you need to put exercise a priority in your recovery. Thank you Greenhouse!!

I’ve been to multiple treatments over the years and greenhouse is in my top 3. Very comfortable rooms, you can keep your phone and laptop which was a huge plus. All the employees were very helpful. Arturo was very helpful.The food was incredible. They have a great gym. I’d recommend any of my friends here if they needed help. The outpatient (resolutions) is VERY comfortable. Even better food. The gym could use some TLC but besides that I love it here. You can really improve your lifestyle here.

Excellent place to clean up and get you life together.. good food and grate mental health treatment... They care about your well being.. if I ever need help again, this is place ... It is so professional and the staff really care about you ..

I am submitting this complaint to document serious concerns regarding the conditions, practices, and treatment of clients at this facility. First, there are ongoing sanitation issues, including the presence of roaches in multiple client rooms, which raises significant health and safety concerns. Second, there appears to be a pattern of discriminatory or targeted behavior by certain female staff members toward female clients, without clear or appropriate justification. Additionally, there are potential violations of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as confidential client information has allegedly been disclosed to other clients without authorization. This represents a serious breach of privacy and confidentiality standards. I have also observed and experienced conduct by therapists that may be characterized as dismissive or psychologically harmful, including behavior that undermines clients’ perceptions and concerns. Such actions may negatively impact the well-being and treatment outcomes of those in care. Furthermore, the grievance process appears ineffective and potentially retaliatory. I had a wonderful time here! the staff was excellent and I received quality care. Linda makes wonderful food and Arturo was a guiding and inspirational light. Miss P was a wealth of information. All of the therapist and nurses were phenomenal. A special Shout out to Nurse Yvette and all the case workers.
